First Lady of Akwa Ibom State, Patience Umo Eno is dead
Akwa Ibom State Government confirmed her death in the early hours of today in a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Information, Ini Ememobong, in Uyo
The Statement said the first lady died after battling an undisclosed illness.
It noted that Governor Umo Eno expressed sorrow but affirmed his continued dedication to serving the state despite this personal loss.
The Statement observed that the family has requested privacy as they mourn their wife, mother, and grandmother.
