LG Polls: Kwara Central Senator, Saliu Mustapha congratulates APC candidates, charges party to sustain landslide success recorded in 2023 elections

Kwara Central Senator, Saliu Mustapha, has congratulated the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag bearers for the forthcoming Local government elections in the state, particularly those from his Senatorial district.

This follows the release of the official list of cleared candidates by the Kwara State Independent Electoral Commission (KWASIEC) on Tuesday.

In a personally signed congratulatory message, Senator Mustapha commended the candidates for their dedication and commitment to the party’s ideals.

While appealing to all members of the party to rally behind the chosen candidates towards ensuring a resounding victory at the polls, Mustapha and  the party to sustain the landslide success recorded in the 2023 general elections in the forthcoming local government polls.

The lawmaker, who is the Turaki of Ilorin also charged the electorate to participate actively in the democratic process by turning out in large numbers to support the APC candidates.

Senator Mustapha, therefore harped on the importance of unity and collaboration within the party, urging the chosen candidates to work diligently towards the development and progress of their respective local government areas.
