All is set for the Grand Finale and Closing Ceremony of Kwara State Qur’an Recitation Competition.
The event will hold tomorrow at George Innih Stadium Complex, Ilorin beginning at 10 O’clock in the morning.
A Statement by the Public Relations Officer, Kwara State Committee on National Qur’an Recitation Competition, Imam Muhammad Orilowo said Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq would be the Special Guest of Honour while Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Zulu-Gambari would be the Royal Father of the day.
The Statement said Vice Chancellor, Kwara State University, Malete, Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh would chair the occasion while Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressives Union IEDPU Matron Western Zone, Alhaja Fatimah Shuaib would be the Chairperson.
It also pointed out that National Missioner, Ansarudeen Society of Nigeria, Shaikh Abdulrahman Ahmad would be the Guest Speaker while Chairman, Kwara State Committee on National Qur’an Recitation Competition, Alhaji Shehu Gafar would be the Chief Host and urged the Muslim Ummah to attend event promptly.
