Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has appointed Professor Shuaib Oba Abdulraheem as the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council for the Kwara State University of Education (KWSUED).
This is enshrined in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Rafiu Ajakaye
The statement pointed out that Professor Oba will lead a team of other senior citizens, administrators, and academics to ensure a smooth transmutation and take-off of the school.
It said other members of the Governing Council are: Mrs. Opaleke Bukoĺa Iyabo; Hajia Risikat Lawal; Rotimi Samuel Olujide; Prof. Umar Gunu; Engr. Saad Belgore; Mr. Femi Aina; Omowumi Amuda; Hajia Kubra Kazum; Professor Ibrahim Abdukadir Abikan; and a representative of the Ministry of Tertiary Education.
