Immediate past Vice Chancellor, University of Abuja, Professor AbdulRasheed Na’ Allah has described Emir of Ilorin, Doctor Ibrahim Zulu Gambari as a champion of peace and prosperity.
In a Congratulatory Message to the Monarch on his 29th Coronation Anniversary, Professor Na’Allah observed that Ilorin Emirate has witnessed unprecedented level of peace and progress.
According to him, despite the security challenges facing the nation, Ilorin Emirate remains peaceful and harmonious.
The Professor of English and Cultural studies pointed out that Ilorin Emirate has recorded tremendous achievements and significant development in terms of human capital development and physical infrastructure.
The Don explained that the level of peace enjoyed by the emirate has orchestrated the much needed township expansion opening up opportunity for wealth creation and economic empowerment.
The Literary Icon appreciated the exemplary leadership style of the Monarch and described it as a source of inspiration to the youth aspiring to be leaders in future.
He maintained that the Emir has effortlessly promotes peaceful coexistence among people of different beliefs and culture living together for years devoid of crisis.
Professor Na’Allah prayed Allah to elongate the reign of the Emir, strengthen his health, and increase his energy to mobilise the Emirate indigenes for greater love and creation of wealth to eliminate poverty in the Community.
