Governor Abdulrazaq described Alhaji Adio as a perfect example of how younger generations can successfully develop their sporting talents and pursue a career in same without losing out on other intellectual endeavours.
He identified him as a great Olympic medalist, super administrator, sports journalist, and community leader.
The Governor noted that Alhaji Adio ticks all the right boxes as a great man and patriot who has earned his respect among his peers and beyond.
Governor Abdulrazaq asked Allaah to grant Alhaji Hameed Adio good health, long life, and happiness as he serves as a great inspiration for the younger generations.
