Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has joined family, friends, academic community, and the people of the state to celebrate the emergence of top academic Ismail Mustapha Adua as the First Professor of International Aviation Law in Nigeria.

This is enshrined in a Congratulatory Message to the new Professor endorsed by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye

Governor Abdulrazaq congratulated the University of Ilorin teacher on the historic feat in the Nigerian academic space.

He identified with Professor Adua on this pace-setting achievement.

Governor Abdulrazaq prayed to God to grant him the sweet fruits that come with such hard work and fame.
