Successes achieved in the sports sector so far have been attributed to Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq led administration’s supports to critical stakeholders and the sector as a whole.
Executive Chairman, Kwara State Sports Commission Coach Bolakale Adisa Mogaji stated this while receiving Sports Development Stabilizer Award from the publisher of Symbol Magazine and Kwara Alert, Mr Emanuel Remilekun, today, in his George Innih Stadium Complex office, Ilorin, the state capital.
Coach Mogaji reaffirmed that the Governor provided support in all ramifications to the sector, which includes infrastructure and monetary interventions.
The Chairman appreciated the publisher, for finding him worthy of the award, commending his zeal in promoting giant strides of this administration.
Earlier in his remarks, the Publisher, Mr Emmanuel Remilekun noted that the priority the Governor is priotising developmental projects in all sectors is unquantifiable.
Remilekun acknowledged the triumph of the state by winning three trophies in different football tournaments, that has placed the state in the National and international map.
He said the award was presented to him for being a father figure and his dedication towards advancing sports development in the state.
