Arogundade Tasks Media Practitioners To Always Promote Women Inclusion, Applauds Gov Abdulrazaq’s Gender Sensitivity

Executive Director International Press Centre, IPC, Mr Lanre Arogundade has tasked media practitioners to always promote women inclusion.
Mr Arogundade made the assertion at the Engagement with Print and Online Media Operational Leaders organized by International Press Centre IPC in collaboration with European Union held in Ilorin.
He expressed displeasure over infinitesimal political positions allocated to women in National Assembly, State Assemblies and Local Governments in Nigeria.
According to him, the number of women in political offices can be improved if media practitioners give them voices.
Mr. Arogundade applauded Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for championing women inclusion in Kwara State and urged other Governors to emulate him.
