Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) were seen from 8 a.m. setting up election materials and preparing polling stations at Central School III in Awka South Local Government Area.
The Anambra governorship election is underway, with 16 candidates from 16 political parties contesting to unseat incumbent Governor Chukwuma Soludo, who is seeking re-election under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
