A Community Leader in Asa Local Government Area of Kwara State, Alhaji AbdulWaheed Temidire has identified Hon. Kayode La-Kadri as a political icon and religious leader to be emulated
Alhaji Temidire gave this indication while speaking at a public function in Ilorin
He x-rayed that during his six-month tenure as a Caretaker Council Chairman in Asa Local Government, he made a significant impact by establishing a Community Secondary School in his community, Temidire-Kuho, in Owode District.
According to him, this commendable feat, achieved in 2003 during the late Governor Muhammed Lawal’s regime, has produced numerous graduates who have gone on to attend different tertiary institutions.
The Community Leader also elucidated that Hon La-Kadri has also empowered his community and the neighboring community of Dongari Iju with motorized boreholes, ensuring access to clean and safe water for the residents.
Alhaji Temidire pointed out that he also initiated the establishment of a primary school in the densely populated community of Aaage as his dedication and commitment to uplifting his community through education and infrastructure development have been acknowledged and appreciated by the people.
He pointed out that his benevolent actions have positively impacted the lives of many and stands as a shining example of a positive-minded individual with integrity and prayed Allah to continue spare his life
