Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) Kwara State Chapter has aligned with Local Government Service Commission by urging all the staff of the 16 Local Government Areas in the state to get registered with the Kwara State Residents Registration Agency with immediate effect.
State Secretary of NULGE, Comrade Terry Henry, who spoke on behalf of the State President stated that any erring staff will not in any way get the backing of the State NULGE in the event of any sanction.
He therefore advised those yet to be registered to earnestly do it in their own interest.
According to him NULGE is already in talks with the Local Government Service Commission to seek for a repeat of the registration exercise with the KWASRRA management across the 16 Local Government Areas.
The Secretary appreciated Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his special interest and support to the Local Government Workers.
He added that NULGE will remain supportive and reciprocate the good gestures of the State Government.
