As the Nation mourns the demise of outstanding Islamic Scholar Sheikh Muhyideen Ajani Bello of Ibadan, the Muslim Media Watch Group of Nigeria has asserted that great Scholar actually fulfilled the essence of his creation.
In a tribute to the departed released in Ilorin today and signed by the National Coordinator of the Alh. Ibrahim Abdullahi and the National Secretary Dr. Nasir Balogun, the Group extolled virtues of departed Sheikh in preaching and practising
It admonished all muslims to emulate the qualities of courage, commitment and dedication to the cause of Islam.
The Islamic Organization posited that Sheikh Muhyideen Bello lived a life of challenge to all Islamic Scholars in Nigeria as he never placed premium on acquisition of illicit wealth and property even though he had the opportunity
It charged other Muslim Scholars to emulate him as preaching of Islam would fail to impact positively on the people if preachers do not practice what they preach and they would lose here and hereafter
The Group prayed Allah for the forgiveness of the departed Islamic Scholar and his acceptance into Al-Jannatul Firdaous
