Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has denied rumours about having health challenges.
Barrister Wike, during a media briefing today submitted that he is in good health and that is why he is able to execute the duties and activities his office demands.
He gave the clarification amidst earlier reports concerning his health, including some social media reports that he was flown to London on a medical emergency last week.
However, the former Governor of Rivers State has denied such reports.
Earlier, Barrister Wike’s Media Aide, Mr. Lere Olayinka, had also denied reports of his principal suffering any form of health challenges.
Mr. Olayinka in his denial, wondered how Wike could be rushed to London last Thursday and return on Friday to visit the Dape community in Life Camp.
He questioned why critics constantly questioned the health of a Minister who is always in the public’s eye.
