Ex House of Reps Member, Zakari Muhammed Dumps PDP

Former House of Representatives member representing Baruten-Kaiama Constituency, Alhaji  Zakari Muhammad, has formally resigned from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
This is contained in a Resignation Letter personally signed by him.
He was in the House of Representatives   from 2011 to 2019 under the PDP and served in various strategic national and state capacities.
Alhaji Muhammed was appointed Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development between 2007 and 2009.
A journalist and former Commissioner for Youths and Sports in Kwara State holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology and an M.Sc. in Criminology from the University of Ilorin, as well as diplomas in Journalism and Civil Law.
During his time in the National Assembly, he chaired key committees, including the House Committees on Media and Public Affairs, Basic Education Services, and the Ad-Hoc Committee on the Oil Swap Deal Investigation.
