The National Directorate of Employment (NDE), under the leadership of the Director-General, Hon. Silas Ali Agara, proudly announces the commencement of the second phase of the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) — a bold national strategy to tackle unemployment and empower Nigerians with relevant and market-driven skills.
📌 TARGETED BENEFICIARIES Nationwide:
✅ 21,782 Nigerians across all 36 states and the FCT
✅ Inclusive of youth, adults, and persons with special needs
This phase is powered by an upgraded online registration portal, offering transparent through digital processing of applications, loans, and resettlement for successful participants.

🔹 Vocational Skills Development (VSD)
🔹 Small Scale Enterprises (SSE)
🔹 Rural Employment Promotion (REP)
🔹 Special Public Works (SPW)

Skill acquisition through vocational, Business Enterprise and Agricultural training in over 30 skills sets trades coupled with
