Ilorin Emirate Staff of Kwara State University, Malete led by Professor Ibrahim Laro Abubakar, is celebrating Professor Aliru Jide Mustapha’s new status as Fellow of the Chemical Society of Nigeria (FCSN).
In a congratulatory message to the honouree signed by its General Secretary, Dr Abdullahi A. Bakare, the Association explained that the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN) Fellowship Award is a prestigious honour that recognizes exceptional individuals for their groundbreaking contributions to the field of chemical sciences, deep commitment to nurturing talent.
The Statement said a peep into Professor Aliru Jide Mustapha’s past academic antecedents reveals a logical culmination of a pedigree that justifies recognition of his scholarly excellence.
It chronicled the academic and professional voyage of Mustapha as a Professor in Environmental and Industrial Chemistry who moved to the Kwara State University, Malete in 2017 and has achieved amazing success culminating in his attainment of professorship in 2023.
The Association said for the avoidance of doubt, it is on record that Professor Aliru Olajide Mustapha started and sustained a monthly lecture series for years in the Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences.
The Ilorin Emirate Staff in KWASU therefore rejoiced with the honouree and prayed Allah to always guide him in his personal and professional engagements.
