Dismissed Catholic Nun, Rev. Sr. Anastasia Kinse says she has evidence of sexual harassment by a priest but cannot put them out there.
Annastasia made this disclosure while responding to questions in an interview on ‘Prime Time’, a Programme on Arise Television.
Annastasia, who was serving under the Auchi Catholic Diocese in Edo State, alleged that she was dismissed from her job at the Veritas University in Abuja following her exposure of the sexual rot being perpetrated within the Church.
She said It is not as if the evidence that she was sexually harassed by a priest do not exist, but she cannot put them out there.
Annastasia vowed she has a video and an audio recording that shows where the Veritas HOD harassed her.
The Dismissed Catholic Nun, said she joined the congregation of Mother of Perpetual Help of the Archangels Sisters in 2015 as she experienced so many challenges and had always confided in her Superior-General and Bishop.
According to her, she first wrote to the Bishop that the Priest was always shouting at her whenever she came to the office to talk to him.
She told her superior about a priest she was living in the same compound with, that on a fateful day he went into his room and tried to touch her as she did not just understand if that is a norm and her superior told her to ignore him.
Annastasia maintained that there was a priest in 2016 that said she should go with him in his car to his parish for a week and felt that should not happen.
She explained that another Priest put his belt on her waist trying to check the size of the clothes he would get her when she visited him, and that broke her, gave her a lot of trauma which was what they termed madness.
