Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission, Coach Bolakale Adisa Mogaji, has sympathized with Chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Kwara State Chapter, Ismail Ayodeji, over the demise of their Matriarch, Alhaja Hauwa Salihu Oniyo.
Coach Mogaji expressed sympathy in a Condolence Message signed by the Press Secretary of the Commission, Saheed Abdullahi, in Ilorin.
He noted that late Alhaja Hauwa Salihu Oniyo was a disciplinarian whose motherhood impacted in the lives of many in the society.
The Executive Chairman described the deceased as a pious and devout Muslim who lived a life worthy of emulation.
The Sport Administrator charged the SWAN Arrowhead and family members to take heart as their late mother lived a fulfilled life.
Coach Magaji identified the death of Alhaja Hauwa Salihu Oniyo as a colossal loss for the family, prayed Allah to overlook her shortcomings, and grant her Al-Jannatul Fridaus.
