AbdulRazaq’s Student Business Support: 30 Defend Proposals Today

30 shortlisted student entrepreneurs from various tertiary institutions across Kwara State will today present their business proposals in the preliminary defence under the Kwara State Students’ Business Proposal Support Programme in Ilorin, the State Capital.
This event, organised through the Office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on Students’ Affairs, Hon Salami Wasiu-Onidugbe, will take place at the Ministry of Tertiary Education hall.
Following the screening process, 15 outstanding student-owned businesses will be selected to receive financial support and grants for business expansion.
This initiative reflects Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s commitment to fostering youth entrepreneurship, encouraging innovation, and enhancing student involvement in the state’s economic development.
During today’s defence session, the viability, sustainability, and growth potential of each business will be assessed, along with the verification of necessary credentials and documentation.
The screening exercise begins this morning at the Ministry of Tertiary Education Hall in Ilorin.
