NACCIMA Tours Notable Factories In Guangzhou, China To Cement Industrial, Technological Partnership

As part of its ongoing trade and investment mission to China, the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and its business delegation embarked on a series of strategic industrial visits across Guangzhou.
These visits were aimed at fostering partnerships, technology exchange, and investment collaboration between Nigerian and Chinese enterprises.
Led by the NACCIMA President, Engr. (Dr.) Jani Ibrahim, mni, OON, the team visited Yiyou International Auto Parts commodities Trading Center, Nexwise, and Guangzhou Heli Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.
At the Yiyou (International) Auto Parts commodities Trading Center, the delegation interacted with leading manufacturers and distributors in the automotive sector.
Discussions centered on potential collaboration in vehicle components supply, distribution logistics, and the establishment of assembly partnerships to support Nigeria’s growing automotive industry.
The team also visited Nexwise, an innovative company providing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for diverse industries including security, transportation, and smart manufacturing.
The delegation was introduced to Nexwise’s advanced technologies in AI-driven automation and surveillance systems, with conversations focused on adapting similar solutions for Nigerian industries and SMEs to enhance productivity and digital transformation.
The delegation toured Guangzhou Heli Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd, a renowned producer of pharmaceutical products. The engagement explored opportunities in pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug distribution, and healthcare investment, especially in the context of Nigeria’s drive toward local drug production and improved access to medical technology.
The visits which took place on Wednesday, 5th November, 2025 continued on Thursday, 6th November where the team visited the furniture, hardware and building markets in Guangzhou.
Speaking after the visits, Engr. Ibrahim commended the management teams of the host companies for their warm reception and willingness to collaborate.
He emphasized NACCIMA’s commitment to facilitating business-to-business (B2B) linkages that will strengthen Nigeria’s industrial base and advance mutual economic growth between both countries.
The factory tours formed a key part of NACCIMA’s business mission to Guangzhou, focused on promoting Nigeria as a viable destination for trade, innovation, and industrial investment.
