National Missioner, Ansarul-Islam Society of Nigeria, Shaikh Abdulmumin Ayara has charged Muslims to always prepare for death through piety.
Shaikh Ayara gave the charge at the Fidau for the repose of the soul of Public Relations Officer, Kwara State Committee on National Qur’an Recitation Competition, Imam Issa Nuhu Abass held at Okeleru Quarters, Ilorin.
He reminded the congregation to rekindle their spiritual lives and always be of good disposition as their actions would be accounted before Allah.
The Islamic Scholar encouraged Muslims not to keep malice as the world is full of the good, bad and ugly.
Shaikh Ayara chronicled the life and time of Late Imam Issa Nuhu Abass whom he identified as a man of impeccable character, trustworthy and benevolent in all dealings.
The Cleric tasked family members, friends and associates not to abandon the children of the deceased.
He prayed Allah to grant the deceased Al-Jannatul Al-Fridaus and give the family the strength to bear the painful loss.
Presiding over the Fidau, Imam Imale of Ilorin, Shaikh Abdullahi Abdul-Hameed submitted that no soul insulated against death as every living soul shall taste death irrespective of social status, colour or creed.
Shaikh Abdul-Hameed described the deceased as a devout, humble and religious servant of Allah who lived a life worthy of emulation.
The Imam Imale led other Islamic Clerics in the rendition of some portions of glorious Qur’an for Allah to overlook the shortcomings of the departed.
