Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice in Kwara State, Senior Ibrahim Sulyman has charged Muslim faithful to explore the Hijrah Celebration for spiritual rejuvenation.
Senior Sulyman in his Congratulatory Message to Muslims in the State on the occasion of 1447 New Year of Islamic Lunar Calendar, encouraged them to emulate sterling qualities of Prophet Muhammad as the originator of Hijrah through his migration from Makkah to Madinah.
He admonished Muslim Ummah to always adhere to Islamic jurisprudence as enshrined in the Qur’an and the Prophetic tradition.
Senior Sulyman congratulated Muslims on the Islamic New Year Celebration and specifically urged them to be law abiding, reticent and detach themselves from acts that could lure them into crimes and criminalities.
The Commissioner for Justice reaffirmed Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s determination towards quick dispensation of justice in the state.
