Nollywood Actress, Regina Daniels has fired back at her estranged husband, businessman and senator, Ned Nwoko, following his Facebook post accusing her family of introducing her to drugs and sabotaging her recovery.
In a series of emotional posts and private notes shared online today, Regina accused the Delta North Senator of manipulation, abuse, and psychological control.
She claimed he created a false narrative to tarnish her name, painting her family as enablers while concealing his actions.
Miss Regina admitted to using drugs at a point in her life but said her husband weaponised the issue to humiliate her publicly.
She explained that the senator always used the narrative of drugs to distract the public from the real issues between them.
The Actress accused Mr Nwoko of a calculated pattern of control, isolating her from loved ones and using his influence to intimidate her support system.
She said he often tried to break her emotionally, leaving her without friends or support, hoping she would return to him out of helplessness.
According to Regina, the senator also controlled her physically and medically.
She alleged that he preferred her to be under the influence, claiming she looked more attractive and submissive in that state.
She further alleged that he locked her up, seized her phones, and called doctors to administer drugs meant for people with bipolar disorder.
Miss Regina said he would label her mentally unstable whenever she resisted him, but would withdraw such claims when she yielded.
She accused Mr Nwoko of detaining her against her will and ordering medical injections to suppress her.
Miss Regina also claimed that all his wives and Ex-wives had been subjected to similar treatment, questioning why such a pattern existed.
The Actress alleged that her phones were often seized for weeks, cutting her off from her family and close friends.
