Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has felicitated with Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency Dr. Nusirat Elelu on her rise to the rank of a Professor of Veterinary Medicine at University of Ilorin.

The Governor observed that at 44, her promotion makes her the first female professor of Veterinary Medicine in Kwara State and the youngest in the country.
Governor Abdulrazaq said the feat is not surprising, given her brilliance, dedication, hard work, and impressive work ethics as the head of the state’s primary health care agency over the last few years.
He wished Professor Nusirat Elelu good health, long life, and more accomplishments as an academic and a public officer.
