Senator, representing Kwara Central Senatorial District, Saliu Mustapha has congratulated the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, on his recent conferment of a Fellowship Award by the Kwara State College of Education, Oro.
