Kwara Development Group (KDG) has commended the Kwara Football Academy (KFA), under the leadership of Mallam Ibrahim Oladele Bako, for its full sponsorship and successful representation of Kwara State at the 21st edition of the Chief of Naval Staff National Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON) football tournament held in Kaduna.
President of the group, Olaide Ahli made the commendation, following KFA’s remarkable triumph at the tournament, where the team emerged as champions.
Ahli praised the Director of KFA for his unwavering commitment to youth development through football and described the academy’s sponsorship and participation as a clear reflection of his passion and strategic investment in the future of Kwara youths.
According to him, this is not the first time KFA is sponsoring and representing the state in a YSFON national competition.
He pointed out that sponsoring a national tournament is not a small feat, but KFA’s consistent involvement is driven by genuine interest in developing football talents across the state.
Ahli explained that that the academy’s involvement in such competitions aligns with the vision of the state Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, whose passion for sports development continues to yield positive outcomes across the state.
KDG also acknowledged the unwavering commitment of the leadership and members of YSFON in Kwara State, led by Mr. Ademola Kiyesola, for their tireless efforts in promoting grassroots football.
Ahli congratulated the young and talented players of KFA and the entire Kwara team and identified their victory as a testament to dedication, teamwork, and the enduring spirit of excellence that defines Kwara’s youth sports culture.
