Special Prayer was today organized for the reappointment of Coach Bolakale Adisa Magaji by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq as Executive Chairman, Kwara State Sports Commission.
The Prayer was presided over by the Missioner, Kwara United Fans Club, Uztaz Olahuntoyin Oniye held George Innih Stadium Complex Mosque, Ilorin.
Uztaz Oniye supplicated to Allah to continue guard Coach Magaji aright in his official and personal engagements
He also prayed for the reconstituted members of the board, Alhaji Dele Abubakar representing Kwara Central, Hon Abdullahi Yunusa Lade representing Kwara North and Mrs Monisola Yemisi Makanjuola representing Kwara South for their success.
The Islamic Cleric charged Coach Magaji and the board members of the Commission to justify the confidence repose in them through efficient service delivery to build on the achievements recorded in the last four years.
He also offered prayers for Coaches to excel in their specialized sports to win medals particularly in the forthcoming National Youth Games billed for Delta state slated to begin next week.
Uztaz Oniye therefore led the congregation in the rendition of some portions of glorious Qur’an to seek Allah’s guidance for the sports Icon, Coach Bolakale Adisa Magaji and the board members of the Commission.
The prayer session was attended by staff members, Kwara State Sports Commission and Kwara State United Fans Club among others.
