Anger has been identified as harmful to decision-making, relationship, physical and mental health.
Ilorin-Islamic Cleric, Imam Murtadha Sultan Kamaldeen dropped this hint today while delivering Jumma’ah Khutubah to the topic ” Nature of Anger: Devil’s Tool” at Sultanate Central Mosque, Adewole, Ilorin.
Imam Murtadha described uncontrollable anger as tests of faith and character on earth linked to devil created from hell-fire.
He urged Muslims to always exercise self-control while angry to guard against unforeseen circumstances.
Imam Murtadha also encouraged Muslims to cultivate virtues of forgiveness, endurance, and forbearance to forestall anger in their official and personal engagements.
