Akapo Real Estate Company has played host to its partners in a special end of the year get together held in Ilorin the Kwara Capital.
The real estate business gathering brought together agents and customers aimed at taking a stock of the company performance in the year 2025 under review.
The parley provided opportunity for key players to harvest feedbacks to achieve mutual benefits between the company and its ardent partners.
Addressing the partners, Guest Lecturer, Mr. Muhammed Yahaya tasks Akapo Real Estate Firm to build trust in all their transactions to attract unprecedented customers.
Mr. Muhammed expressed confidence in the company and identified it an effective platform for both affluence and less privileged to own land and houses.
He encouraged the populace to patronize Akapo Real Estate Firm and assured them of quality service delivery.
Also Speaking, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Engineer Samuel Moses Olaniyi cautioned the general public against the purchase of disputed land particularly buying of land acquired by government unknowingly and advised them to always verify landed property before making payments.
Engineer Moses-Olaniyi described landed property as valuable that cannot be underestimated and encouraged Business Relationship Managers to imbibe the spirit of hardwork, smart work and network to get out of the woods of poverty.

Responding, Bishop Kehinde Olajide enjoined Akapo Real Estate partners to let the people see the genuinty in its activities to endear them to patronage.
Bishop Olajide urged them to interact with cooperative societies and civil servants to spur them to invest their wherewithal on landed property to expand its tentacles.
He charged the partners to continue to work with Akapo Real Estate Company to earn adequate benefits.
In her contribution, Mrs Linda Taiwo appreciated Akapo Real Estate Company for the transparency of its activities particularly in rewarding their partners and urged the firm to sustain the tempo.
The get together was laced with questions and answers session to clarify some misconstrued areas of real estate business in Nigeria.
