Coach Mogaji Pledges To Replicate Moroccan Sports Development In Kwara

Executive Chairman, Kwara State Sports Commission, Coach Bolakale Adisa Mogaji has pledged to replicate sports development of Morocco in the State.
Coach Mogaji dropped this hint while speaking on a Radio Programme on his trip to Morocco for the ongoing African Cup of Nations AFCON.
He said their trip to Morocco is an eyeopener as the Country is blessed with fantastic football pitches and pointed out that every city in Morocco has football pitches to grow grassroots football.
The Executive Chairman assured that  Kwara State is going to emulate Morocco particularly in computerized ticking system where tickets will correspond with stadium seats during Kwara United matches.
The Sport Juggernaut noted that work is in top gear to refurbish the stadia across the three Senatorial Districts to rejuvenate grassroots sports.
Coach Mogaji submitted that the athletes that won medals for the state in last year’s National Sports Festival in Ogun State and National Youth Games in Delta State were harvested from grassroots in the state.
According to him, the Commission is working with Kwara State Ministry of Education in breathing life to secondary school sports to harness potentials at the school level.
He enumerated efforts of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq to the resuscitation of Kwara United after religation and vowed to continue to strengthen the club to attain enviable heights in Africa and globally.
The Executive Chairman advocated involvement of corporate bodies and individuals to develop grassroots sports and thanked Governor Abdulrazaq for sponsoring a lot of sport enthusiasts to Morocco to support Super Eagles.
Coach Mogaji also commended Governor Abdulrazaq’s commitment towards uplifting sports in the state.
