Gov Abdulrazaq Distributes Relief Materials to Victims of Fire Outbreak At Alh. Haruna Kannike Shopping Complex In Ipata

Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) Chairman has sent relief materials to the victims of the recent fire outbreak Alh. Haruna Kannike Shopping Complex in Ipata, Ilorin Kwara State.

The government team that delivered the relief materials which comprised foam mattresses, bags of cement, blankets, foodstuff, etc., to the victims of the fire outbreak, was led by Alhaji Abdul-Razhaq Abubakar Jiddah, the Special Adviser on Special Duties to His Excellency Governor Abdulrazaq.

Present at the handing over of the relief materials on Monday were staff of Kwara State Emergency Agency, including its secretary, Mashood Magaji, the chairmen of Ilorin East and Ilorin South local governments, Hon. Lukman Olayinka Garba and Hon. Majeed Podo, respectively.

Hon. Jiddah commiserated with the victims of the fire disaster and added that Governor Abdulrazaq prioritises Kwarans’ welfare and would do everything possible to prevent future recurrence of the fire disaster he described as very unfortunate.
