Hijrah Islamic Organisation has congratulated Alhaja Raliat AbdulRazaq, the beloved mother of the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on the occasion of her 95th birthday.
In a Goodwill Message jointly signed by the National Chairman, Professor Badmas Olanrewaju Yusuf, and the National Secretary, Alhaji Abubakar Imam Ayinla in Ilorin, the organisation described Alhaja Aishat as a noble mother, an exemplary matriarch, and a devout Muslim whose life has remained a source of inspiration to generations.
The statement acknowledged Alhaja AbdulRazaq’s immense contributions to family life, moral upbringing, and the propagation of Islamic values.
It noted that attaining the age of 95 in sound health and dignity is a rare divine favour that deserves heartfelt gratitude to Allah.
According to the Islamic body, Alhaja Aishat AbdulRazaq represents a generation of women who upheld the virtues of modesty, patience, and unwavering faith in Allah.
It explained that her dedication to the upbringing of her children in line with Islamic ethics is evident in the outstanding leadership and humility demonstrated by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
The Hijrah Islamic Organisation also expressed appreciation to the Almighty for preserving her life and prayed for continued good health, inner peace, and divine mercy upon her and her household.
It urged younger generations, especially Muslim women, to draw lessons from Alhaja AbdulRazaq’s steadfastness, resilience, and commitment to building a morally upright society.
As part of the felicitation, the organisation extended warm greetings to the entire AbdulRazaq family and joined well-wishers across the country in celebrating the grace and impact of a nonagenarian who continues to inspire with her simplicity and spirituality.
