Kwara’s Squash Sensation, Rofiat Abdulazeez, continues her impressive reign as Nigeria’s number one female squash player, securing an outstanding three gold medals and one silver at the just-concluded National Sports Festival, tagged “Gateway Games 2024,” in Ogun State.
Representing Kwara State with pride and passion, Rofiat, a native of Oyun Local Government Area, proved her dominance in the sport by claiming gold medals in the Singles, Doubles, and Team events, while finishing with a silver in the Mixed Doubles category.
This outstanding performance at the festival cements her place at the top of Nigeria’s squash rankings and adds to a growing list of national and international accolades.
