Shettima-Ngeri of the llorin Emirate and Former Secretary to Kwara Government, Alhaji Sakariyah Onimago has felicitated with the Emir of llorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari on his 30th year anniversary on the throne.
Alhaji Onimago who is also the head of Onimago family in llorin stated this in a congratulatory message he issued in Ilorin today.
The Shettima-Ngeri praised the Emir’s three decades of leadership and described it as an era of peace and tranquillity.
According to him, during the reign of Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, Ilorin has witnessed remarkable growth, produced a large number of professors and distinguished personalities holding prominent positions at the national level.
He said many youths have stepped into greatness, and other notable achievements have been recorded.
Alhaji Onimago stressed that since the Emir ascended the throne, the emirate has enjoyed unprecedented peace, unity, tranquillity and development in all spheres of life.
He noted that all the achievements recorded were testament to the Emir’s wisdom, humility, and fatherly leadership.
The Shettima-Ngeri, prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the Emir, continuous wisdom and sound health to pilot the affairs of the emirate to greater heights.
